How do we protect your data?

Personal data is not shared with third-party applications. An exception may be the transfer of e-mail addresses to applications for sending marketing offers (e.g. Sendy, etc.) or the transfer of phone numbers to applications for sending SMS messages (e.g. SMS Manager, ProfiSMS, etc.), but never for the purposes of third-party marketing offers. Customer personal data is protected and is not traded. All data is always stored in electronic form in a password-protected database and access to it is fully secured.

How do we handle personal data?

We use all data obtained from customers exclusively for the internal needs of e-shops and never provide them to third parties. Electronic addresses are primarily used for the purpose of informing about the status of the order and subsequently for sending promotional materials and commercial communications. Based on the buyer's right, we undertake to remove already registered users from our database without giving a reason upon written request, and to prevent the subsequent delivery of all commercial communications.

On what basis do we send commercial communications?

We send commercial communications based on the provision of an e-mail address by the buyer, expressed by consent to the terms and conditions based on the buyer's legitimate interest in goods and services. Based on this authorization, only discount coupons and promotional offers for goods and services within the scope of the goods purchased by the buyer are sent to the buyer. This regulation is governed by Act No. 480/2004 Coll., Section 7, Paragraph C of the Act of the Czech Republic. How can I unsubscribe from the database of recipients of commercial communications?

We enable customers to quickly and easily unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications in the footer of each commercial communication. You can also express your disagreement in writing immediately after placing an order. We undertake to remove your e-mail address from the database of commercial communications as soon as possible, no later than the statutory period of 30 days set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the General Regulation EU 2016/679. Can I add my online store to Enletri?

Enletri for sending newsletters, automated e-mail campaigns and transactional messages is currently in closed test operation for selected e-shops of DOKI DOKI s.r.o.; we will inform you in a timely manner if it is expanded to include other online stores in the future.
